At Mindmshop, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality service and products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please carefully review our return and exchange policy. We will do our best to resolve any issues and ensure you are happy with your purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

(1) We support returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase, and there is no restocking fee.
(2) You may return items with the receipt or proof of purchase for a refund.
(3) The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
(4) Items must be returned in a resalable condition and in the original packaging.

Return Conditions

The following conditions apply to our 30-day FULL COVERAGE return and exchange policy:

  • Incorrect Item: If the item you received does not match your order.
  • Damaged Item: If the item you received is broken.
  • Defective Item: If the item you received is of poor quality or defective.

In these cases, Mindmshop will cover the return and replacement shipping costs.

The following conditions are subject to our 30-day LIMITED COVERAGE exchange policy:

  • Wrong Size: If you selected the wrong size.
  • Color Difference: Due to factors like lighting, screen resolution, or camera chromatic aberration (especially for bright colors).

In these cases, the customer will be responsible for the exchange shipping costs. Mindmshop does not refund any shipping costs.

The following situations are NOT COVERED by our return & exchange policy:

  • Customized Items: If you purchased a customized item (e.g., personalized or bespoke products). Customized items are unique and cannot be resold, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items.
  • Misuse or Damage: If the item is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
  • Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges due to personal reasons such as change of mind or preference are not accepted.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-delivery cost. Otherwise, we will not arrange re-delivery or issue a refund. Once the tracking number shows successful delivery, we assume the package has been received, and we are not responsible for any loss thereafter.

Return Service Procedure

  1. Please contact our customer service team (we will reply within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends) and provide clear photos of the item showing any quality issues.
  2. Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team (we will provide the specific return address).
  3. We will approve your return request within 3 business days of receiving the item(s). Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that processing refunds may take 7-10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Non-Customized Items: You may cancel your order at any time before the package is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you can only return the item after receiving it and will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  2. Customized Items: Customized items are unique and can only be used by the customer who ordered them. If you wish to cancel your order, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

Refund Time

Refunds are processed through PayPal or Credit Card, and will be returned to the account you used at checkout. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your PayPal account or Credit Card. If needed, contact your bank or card issuer. If you’ve followed all the steps above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
